THE WEST PUNTLAND STATE OF SOMALIA is the best ever state created by the first Kingdom of the Horn of Africa which ruled and governed well in the Horn of Africa, and this Kingdom is called the "Diiftire Kingdom" from the Tanade Darod Tribe.
